How much does it cost to use a broker?
In most cases - FREE!
The best part about using our services is that we are paid by the lenders, therefore we can help find a personalised solution for you for no cost for our service.
FREE? Does this mean you only recommend lenders that pay you more?
Our commission is paid at a similar rate across the board from our lending panel in order to avoid this. We are bound and determined to find a suitable solution that meets your requirements and objectives.
If you get paid by the lenders, does this mean they will increase my rate to pay your commission?
NO! Our commission has nothing to do with your interest rates and products. As accredited representatives of the lenders on our panel, we actually have access to the best available interest rates and products the lenders can provide!
Other than no cost, why else would I use a broker?

We research a range of lenders to find a lending solution to meet your needs as well as develop, lodge and follow up your application. This saves you hours of time and effort. We also drive results for you as your advocates to the lenders.
OK, I need some help. What's the process?
Our process begins with an initial conversation either in person or online to establish your main goals, objectives and requirements. After this meeting we send you a request for a range of information and documentation so we can assess your financial position and develop our recommendations. Once we have a recommendation to present to you, we arrange another time to catch up, discuss the range of options, then agree with the option of your choice!
From here we develop your personlised documentation and lender application for lodgement to the lender.
Once your loan is approved, we will support you all the way through to post-settlement to ensure everything has been set up the correct way and you are happy.
